My approach to training is rooted in helping people build confidence and strength that extends beyond the gym and into daily life. I know how overwhelming the world of health and fitness can be and enjoys helping clients cut through the noise to make real, sustainable progress. I works with a wide range of individuals, from those brand new to fitness to experienced athletes and first responders with specific performance goals.

A little about me outside the gym:
I’ve always loved movement — I started as an athlete, transitioned into running, and eventually found my passion in weightlifting. When I’m not training clients, you’ll probably find me enjoying summer in Bellingham — paddle boarding, swimming, or playing rec softball. I love cooking and can happily spend a whole day meal prepping in the kitchen. I’m also a longtime baseball fan — loyal to the SF Giants, though the Mariners have definitely grown on me.
